Welcome to Bricks By The River store!
Bricks By The River is an International store of Lego bricks, parts and collectible Minifigures based in Portugal.
1. Please, read the terms and shipping policy below before checkout.
2. Payment Methods available:
2.1. Portugal - IBAN ou MBWay (apenas para Residentes em Portugal). Escolha a opção IBAN para receber instruções sobre como pagar por IBAN ou MBWay.
2.2. Stripe (credit cards) - No fees will be added to your order.
2.3. Paypal - No fees will be added to your order.
3. VAT Number / NIF: If you wish to include your VAT number (Tax Number) in your invoice, please send it and the associated name & address in the order note or by e-mail (bricksbytheriver.happy.creation@gmail.com).
4. You have 3 days to pay your invoice. If you do not pay, then on the 4th day, your order will be canceled, and the items will return to the store to be available again.
5. Your order will be shipped on 1-3 weekdays or a maximum of 5 weekdays for big orders.
6. Shipping costs will be added to the total of your order (please check details in the shipping section below).
7. Parts condition
7.1. New Parts are from new and sealed sets. They may show marks of being loose inside the original packaging. They were never used.
7.2. Used Parts are as new or in good condition. If they have significant signs, they are marked in the description.
7.3. There is no differentiation in mold variations.
8. Minifigures condition
8.1.·New Minifigures are from new and sealed sets, and the Cinlectible Minifigures are opened, partially assembled, and in individual bags.
8.2. Used Minifigures are primarily from personal collections. They are as new or in good condition. If they have significant signs, they are mentioned in the description. Ask photos!
9. Warning - Choking Hazard: The Lego parts available in the inventory are unsuitable for children under 3 years old.
10. If you received an incorrect order (mistakes can happen) or have any questions, please contact us by message or e-mail (bricksbytheriver.reation@gmail.com) as soon as possible.
